The Shan Pu Ying were the imperial professional wrestler camp appointed by the Manchu Imperial family during the Qing Dynasty (1644 - 1911). This shirt features the fully restored and colored image of the original 1884 print of the Shan Pu Ying wrestlers which we released as a poster. The full color Shan Pu Ying image is featured on the back, while on the front it features the official Manchu Qing dynasty flag image with the Azure Dragon and the red flaming pearl and the traditional Chinese characters for “Shan Pu Ying”. The original color of the Qing dynasty flag was imperial yellow.
