Held by Byron Jacobs, this seminar/workshop will focus on Hebei Xingyi Quan. Being that this is the first in-person workshop held in Europe, the course will aim to set a solid foundation by introducing key practices, neigong (internal work/qigong), five elements foundations, the five elements linking form, foundational partner work and more. Depending on the level of experience of the participants, more advanced practitioners will have the opportunity to focus on the twelve-animals practices and their refinement.

Payment is for access to and participation in the seminar on the 21st, 22nd and 23rd of November which consists of five (5) training sessions in total

This does not include accommodation or meals, which must be arranged by the participants themselves.
